Scheduled service at your yard
Emergency repairs are the most expensive way to maintain a truck. A scheduled PM program costs less, keeps units available, and turns maintenance from a string of surprises into a line item you can plan around.
- Your trucks stay on your property
- Priority 24/7 for contract fleets
- Invoiced on terms
What a scheduled visit includes
- Oil and filters, fluid levels and top-offs
- Full lube and chassis grease
- Brakes: lining, drums, pushrod travel, slack adjusters
- Air system check and leak-down test
- Tire pressures, tread depth and matched duals
- Lights, wiring and reflectors
- Belts, hoses, cooling and charging systems
- Steering and suspension
- Minor repairs on the spot: hoses, fittings, air leaks, lights, hardware
- Written record of everything found, fixed and recommended
What it costs

Built for fleets with no mechanic on staff
Usually 5 to 40 units: dump and aggregate, ready-mix, grading and site contractors, roll-off and waste, landscaping and tree service, propane and fuel delivery, food and beverage distribution, flatbed and drayage, utility and telecom contractors, movers, and equipment and trailer rental yards. Owner-operators welcome.
A 7-truck tree service fleet: all seven DOT annuals done at their yard in a single day, with PMs and small repairs handled on the same trip.
Let us inspect your fleet
The easiest way to see if this makes sense: we inspect your units, you get a written condition report on each one, a clear picture of what's been deferred, and a quote for a program that fits how you actually run. No obligation past that.
What drivers say
“Great guys that are capable of repairs and not just changing parts. Very reasonable price compared to most in the area. Will keep on my short list.”
“One of the best roadside services I have used throughout the years! We had an issue in GA & they took care of us in record time. Fast, knowledgeable and fair priced!”
“Was willing to drive out 2 hours just to get to me at midnight.”
Fleet questions
How big does my fleet need to be?
The sweet spot is about 5 to 40 units with no full-time mechanic. One-truck owner-operators are welcome too.
Do you handle gas trucks?
Our focus is diesel, but we do DOT annuals on gas units too, and can fold them into the same visit.
What does it cost to start?
Start with an inspection of your fleet. You get a written condition report on every unit and a quote for a program that fits how you run. No obligation past that.
How do you keep records?
Every visit is documented per unit: what we found, what we fixed and what we recommend. You get records you can hand to an auditor.
